How Much Does Delivery Cost?

The delivery cost depends on what you’re buying, how much it weighs, and where it needs to go. We’ll provide the delivery fee at checkout, after you enter your address. Please note that delivery fees may vary depending on third-party quotes based on specific locations. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries or if delivery requires navigating difficult access from main roads or ground levels.

Assembly services may be available in certain locations at an additional charge. Please enquire with our friendly Aprilstory customer service team for more information.

Where Do We Deliver?

Aprilstory offers direct shipments to major cities across Australia and can help you arrange deliveries to most metropolitan areas, from capital cities like Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to regions in between. Simply enter your address at checkout to check availability and estimated delivery times. For areas without direct delivery service, you are welcome to arrange your own carrier. For orders over $5,000.00, Aprilstory offers free delivery to your nominated depots within 30km of our local distribution centres.

Delivery Time

If your items are in stock, we will dispatch them within 5 business days from our distribution centres. If items are out of stock and require ordering, it may take 2–10 weeks for standard stock or up to 20 weeks for custom-made items.

Faster Delivery in Cities

In metropolitan areas, Aprilstory delivers quickly and often has availability shortly after purchase. You can select your preferred delivery dates at checkout. We will always do our best to meet your preferred schedule and keep you informed of any changes.

If You’re Outside a City

If you live outside a metropolitan area, please contact our customer service team or visit our showroom to explore the fastest delivery options.

Special Orders

If you’ve ordered a special or custom-made product, it is being crafted just for you with care and attention to detail. These orders may take a little longer, but we will keep you updated on the expected delivery timeframe.

Pick-Up Option

You can also choose to pick up your order from Aprilstory distribution centres in major cities. Select ‘Free Pick Up’ at checkout. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and bring your ID (or ensure the person collecting has both their ID and yours).

Delivery Delays

If there’s an unexpected delay, we will contact you promptly to reschedule your delivery.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is sold out, rest assured that we’re working to restock it as soon as possible. You may place an order now to secure your item once it becomes available.
